📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collection, and follow-up.
• Monitor and resolve outstanding receivables promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
• Use QuickBooks and SAP to manage and track receivables.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
