In this role, you'll work closely with our culinary team to prepare and serve a variety of meals and beverages, from casual snacks to full meals. You'll also assist with cleaning and restocking, ensuring our dining areas are always clean and inviting. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be the face of our F&B operations, greeting guests with a smile and making sure their visit to Jakarta Aquarium is enjoyable from start to finish.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with cleaning and restocking of dining areas to maintain a high standard of hygiene.
• Take food and beverage orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and follow the established F&B protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality, preferably in a marine or educational setting.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus.
