Innovation Ecosystem Manager

As our Innovation Ecosystem Manager in Pangkal Pinang, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change and creating a vibrant innovation landscape.

In this role, you will lead initiatives to foster collaboration between startups, government, academia, and industry. You will manage and execute programs that support the growth of startups, from ideation to scaling. You will also work closely with local and national stakeholders to identify opportunities and address challenges in the innovation ecosystem.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage innovation programs and initiatives to support the growth of startups.
• Foster collaboration between startups, government, academia, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and identify opportunities in the innovation ecosystem.
• Manage partnerships and collaborations with local and national stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, hackathons, and other events to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of innovation programs and initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in innovation management.
• Represent PT Inovasi Nusantara at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing innovation programs and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and experience in fostering collaboration between stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
