In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by providing administrative and logistical support. Your strong communication skills in both Japanese and Indonesian will be essential in bridging the gap between our Japanese clients and the Indonesian team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide administrative support for project management activities, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and organization of project meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.,Translate and interpret between Japanese and Indonesian as needed to facilitate effective communication.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files.,Support the team in the preparation of project reports and presentations.,Assist in the coordination of project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.,Provide logistical support for project-related travel and events.,Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
