📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform hands-on therapies, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and electrotherapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education and training
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic health records system (Epic)
• Participate in clinic-wide quality improvement initiatives and research projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid license to practice in Indonesia
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a multi-specialty clinic setting
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
