IMPEX Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to manage and execute our import and export operations with precision and efficiency. In this position, you will ensure all shipments comply with national and international regulations, optimize logistics, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

In Cikarang Pusat, we are looking for an IMPEX Officer to support our expanding operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and execute import and export operations, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain and update import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of import/export processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment of duties and taxes.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on import/export procedures and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement of import/export operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the chemicals or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using import/export software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Import/Export) certification is a plus.
