📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Develop and manage learning and development initiatives using SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS tools.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and create customized learning plans.
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and other learning activities to support employee growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR development.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development, training, or a similar role.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS tools, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
