🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
