Internship - Buyer Assistant

As a Buyer Assistant Intern at Best Denki, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including supplier research, negotiation, and contract management. You'll work with a variety of tools such as SAP, Excel, and other procurement software to streamline our operations and improve efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the procurement process, including supplier research, negotiation, and contract management
• Support the procurement team in maintaining and updating supplier relationships
• Assist with inventory management, including stock level monitoring and reordering
• Work with procurement software and tools such as SAP, Excel, and other relevant systems
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and products
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices
• Support the procurement team in achieving cost savings and improving efficiency
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of procurement processes and practices
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as SAP, Excel, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
