📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the engineering team to ensure timely and efficient completion of all maintenance and repair projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues that may arise.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure optimal property performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Liaise with property managers and other stakeholders to address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects in luxury resort and commercial properties.
• Certification in Building Maintenance Management (BMM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
