📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns for the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor junior tax staff.
  • Conduct regular reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tax reporting.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present tax reports to senior management.
  • Handle any tax audits or disputes that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
