📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.,Prepare and maintain inventory of food supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff.,Prepare and maintain food cost records and reports.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience required.,Knowledge of relevant kitchen equipment and tools.
