📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist guests with slot machine games and provide information about the games and their rules.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Monitor the casino floor for any signs of cheating or suspicious activities.,Promote casino games and special events to increase customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized casino floor.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Assist with the opening and closing of the casino, including stocking machines and preparing the floor.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the casino industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or casino-related role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of slot machine games and casino operations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
