Millennium Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff, as well as maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and crises in a timely and effective manner.,Train and supervise security personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.,Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all interactions with guests and staff.,Monitor and control access to restricted areas of the hotel to prevent unauthorized entry.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Proven track record of successfully managing security operations in a high-profile or luxury hospitality environment.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Valid security license and certification is a plus.
