📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the recipe and standard.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Manage and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.,Keep accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Participate in regular training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
