📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the animal feed and veterinary medicine industries.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the animal feed and veterinary medicine sectors.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management and clients.,Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and partners.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote our products.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the animal feed and veterinary medicine industries.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the animal feed and veterinary medicine markets, including regulations and trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
