📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales targets and achieve monthly sales goals.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Assist in store setup, merchandising, and display of products.,Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to the management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
