As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Manage and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
