As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams by answering technical questions and resolving documentation issues.,Participate in product development discussions to ensure technical documentation aligns with product goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
