📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the delivery team, including route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.,Monitor and track the performance of delivery personnel, providing feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all delivery activities and transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during operations.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the logistics and delivery industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or delivery industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations, including route optimization, vehicle maintenance, and fleet management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and familiar with logistics management software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English language.
