📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficient in using operational software and tools,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
