📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
