📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.,Check guests in and out, and ensure accurate documentation.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Handle front desk operations, including reservations and cancellations.,Monitor and manage the receptionist's schedule and workload.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including email and reservation systems.
