📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's daily operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and make necessary adjustments.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Manage and mentor operational staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and operational improvements.,Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
