As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition to support our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with our trucking logistics team to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage inventory of spare parts, and ensure timely repairs. Your ability to analyze maintenance data and implement proactive measures will be crucial in minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance activities of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with the trucking logistics team to schedule maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet maintenance.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and logistics coordination.
• Proven experience with fleet management software such as SAP Fleet Management or similar.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
