📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
• Provide procurement insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record in managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
