📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent quality.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in kitchen management and leadership.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Possession of a relevant cooking certification is a plus.
