📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized.,Prepare and maintain food cost records.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally responsible manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience with menu planning and development.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's certificate.
