📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers, and ensure that all financial processes are running smoothly.,Work closely with the finance manager to ensure that all financial goals are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting trends and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections.,Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded and processed in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
