PT Widya Kartika is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QC Staff to join our team in Dili. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, adhering to our quality standards and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and finished products.,Inspect products against quality standards and specifications.,Document inspection results and report any defects or non-conformities.,Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff in quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.,Basic knowledge of quality control principles and standards.,Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic quality control tools and techniques.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
