📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Handle insurance claims and reimbursements.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (ExcelWord).Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.Strong numerical and organizational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
