📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.,Develop and implement team goals and objectives, aligning them with the overall company strategy.,Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to monitor progress and address any issues.,Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.,Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Identify and address team performance issues, providing coaching and training as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of team efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership and management.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving team performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
