📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and attract top talent for our open positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the right fit for our team.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to the recruitment team and management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
