📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and document management
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
• Attend HR training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Assist in the organization of HR events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a team and independently
