📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to employee benefits, leave, and attendance.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.,Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve the organization's HR practices.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
