📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations and ensure high-quality food is served to customers.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring they maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor food costs and inventory to optimize profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to improve the overall dining experience.,Train and develop new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is a plus.
