📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate records.,Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of inventory counts.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Manage and optimize warehouse space to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
