FORGE Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate records, and preparing offer letters.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in maintaining a positive employer brand and candidate experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
