📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily retail operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the store.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Work closely with the store manager to achieve operational and financial targets.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits of store operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of operations staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
