In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor and manage network security to protect against potential threats.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.,Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and issues in a timely manner.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and systems for inventory and tracking purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
