Hotel Oka Motor is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring that all financial activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other department heads and management to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the department.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both staff and guests.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate employees to achieve their best.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
