📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing a section within the company, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for team members.,Handle administrative tasks and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports and documentation.,Support the Section Head in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the section's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
