📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate and assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
