Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making,Manage accounts payable and receivable,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
