Smart Express Lestari is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Madiun. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.,Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into sales.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor client accounts and develop strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.,Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts to senior management.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients are well-informed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
