📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization.
• Monitor and report on legal and compliance matters to senior management.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to business units on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Ensure the organization's policies and procedures align with legal and compliance standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively address potential risks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal and compliance issues.
• Ensure the organization's reputation is protected and maintained in accordance with legal and compliance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in legal, risk, or compliance roles, preferably in a technology or IT-related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to data protection and privacy.
• Experience with legal and compliance software, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional certification in legal, risk, or compliance management, such as Certified Legal Compliance Manager (CLCM) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), is a plus.
